Roger McEowen on top Ag Law Cases

Roger McEowen, the Kansas Farm Bureau Professor of Agricultural Law and Taxation at the Washburn University school of Law, commented on six recent ag-related court cases.  One involved people injured while loading large round bales on a trailer.  Another looked at a court ruling on an IRS requirement that tax preparers must obtain a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).  Two other cases, including one in Kansas, were related to farmland rental issues.
