Clark County Rancher Recalls Starbuck Fire on One Year Anniversary

On the one year anniversary of the Starbuck fire in southwest Kansas, the Thursday Ag Issues program on 580 WIBW featured Clark County rancher and farmer David Clawson.  Clawson, who is also former President of Kansas Livestock Association, told of his personal experiences during the fire and recovery.  The Starbuck fire burned more than 600,000 acres in Kansas and Oklahoma, and resulted in the deaths of possibly more than 10,000 cattle.
