KFB President Rich Felts Talks Weather and Trade

Rich Felts, Montgomery County farmer and President of the Kansas Farm Bureau, commented on a visit to Kansas late last week by USDA Undersecretary Bill Northey.  Felts said Northey was interested in getting a first hand look at areas of western Kansas impacted by drought.  Felts also commented on the current trade spat with China, which could devastate U.S. Farmers.  He said he was encouraged that some of the rhetoric from China this week was a bit more conciliatory.
